2.4 Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's sole discretion after investigation.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3.4 The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 Accounts must be registered in the player's own name. Accounts registered in fictitious names, using falsified documentation, or on behalf of another person are invalid and will be permanently closed upon discovery.
4.1 Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point the Company deems appropriate, Players are required to complete the KYC identity verification process. This process is non-negotiable and forms part of the Company's legal and regulatory obligations.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.

All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any wagering requirement already partially completed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting with systematic low-risk stake patterns designed to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or collusion between Players — will result in disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus and bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.5 Promotional offers are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
7.1 All bets placed on koi789 — including sportsbook markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures; bandar bola (football betting) markets; live in-play wagers; e-sports markets; and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are governed by the specific sport or game rules published in the relevant section of the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
7.3 koi789 reserves the right to void any bet where:
7.4 Settlement of all markets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; the relevant togel draw authority for lottery markets). Where official results are delayed, settlement will be deferred accordingly.
7.5 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must contact koi789 support within 72 hours of the relevant event conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koi789 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 The Company employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers, sporting bodies, and law enforcement agencies to identify and act upon prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities face permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.
9.1 All content on the koi789 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, odds data, software, game content, and written materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of the Company.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koi789 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Where a Player requests voluntary Account closure for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
13.4 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform through any other means during the self-exclusion period. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
14.2 The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as published on this page with the effective date noted at the top, supersedes all previous versions.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi789 holds its international gaming license.
15.2 The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting koi789 customer support. The Company will aim to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution as nominated by the Company. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
